Make Rockwood Pool Your Hub for Summer Activities!
The RRF has a full-sized, heated swimming pool, with a fenced baby pool, and has a full-time guard staff, is open from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m. through the summer months. A shaded deck area, a full concession stand and a busy summer calendar all help make it a great family gathering place for the summer. Be sure to check the Calendar for events throughout the summer! 2024 pool membership information will be mailed to all Rockwood homeowners and those 2023 out-of-Rockwood pool members in March. Swim team and lesson information will be available later this spring.
Early Bird discounts are available through April 15th. Pool applications postmarked by April 15th will receive 4 guest passes!
Memberships are available for both in Rockwood homeowners and those who live outside the Rockwood area for family, two-person, and single levels. Rockwood homeowners and their dependents living in the home are eligible for discounted memberships upon payment of annual Rockwood assessments. Complete your In-Rockwood or Out-of-Rockwood applications early so your family doesn't miss a day. Membership applications received prior to April 15th to get an Early Bird special of 4 guest passes!
Payment for memberships may be made electronically. Information is included in the March membership mailing.
Providing a Safe & Fun Summer Place to Be!
The pool manager can be reached at 316.685.3231 (pool office - during summer pool hours only). Applications for In and Out of Rockwood memberships, including membership levels, pricing, etc. are above. Please do not email applications. Mail or bring to the pool office when you're ready to start your fun in the sun!
Swim Team and swim lessons are scheduled to start in June. See the information and links below for specific information, including schedules and pricing. The staff of the Recreational Facility works diligently to prepare the facility, as well as formulate policies and procedures, for as safe a summer swimming experience as we can reasonably provide. Members have significant responsibilities in helping to make this summer experience fun and safe.

Children between the ages of 5 and 18, who can swim the length of the pool are invited to join. Scheduled practices (by age group) with the first date to be announced soon, with possible area competitions through the season. The swim team application is here.
This year, Rockwood again offers a program to work one-on-one with any swimmer 6 years old or under or who has not swum competitively from May 26-May 31. For more information, click here. These sessions are a great way for young or new swimmers who are a little unsure of how swim team is to get a chance to be more comfortable with a swimming practice before we have bigger groups.

From just learning to have fun in the pool to experienced swimmers ready to hone their competitive skills, Rockwood Pool has a full schedule of learning activities for the summer!
The setups are a little different, more precautions in place, but an awesome pool and a line up of great instructors are ready to start.
Whether your kids just want to splash around in the pool, want to start/improve swimming skills or want to kick it up a notch (or two) to compete, Rockwood Pool is the place to be this summer.

From Introduction to Water Skills to more advanced stroke work, Rockwood pool staff offer three sessions this summer, with the first session starting in June.
Five skill levels from just getting started to experienced, low student/instructor ratio, and reasonable fees will help give the kids a great fun experience.
